Unable to switch to company Azure directory

I have a account which I am able to login using the Authenticator app.

I am also able to login to Azure portal and access my Default directory. However I am unable to switch the default directory to the company Azure directory. I was able to switch earlier.

When I switch to company's directory (for which I am already a user), the Authenticator app does not show pop up message to enter the number displayed on browser. My Authenticat app shows pop message to enter number when I login to my account. Why is my Authenticator app not working when switching the Azure default directory?

    Hello @Kanan Kulkarni , if you're not getting prompts in your Authenticator App for a given tenant, please reach on of the aforementioned tenant admins so he can require re-register multifactor authentication. After that you will be able to re-register MFA for your account.
