    Please try the methods below and check if they can fix the issue.

    1. Make sure your software and the Microsoft Edge is up-to-date. 
    2. Try to uninstall that problematic software if you've known what it is.

    1. Right-click on the "Edge" icon> Properties> Compatibility tab> Click "Run compatibility troubleshooter> Select "Try recommended settings" to check if it works.

    3. If the above still can't fix the issue, please send feedback to Edge team by pressing Alt+Shift+I in Edge.
