Trouble with folder recoverable Outlook

Question

I cant delete mail in Folder Delete in Outlook web and my mail is full, i try to catch something in internet and i see this "recoverable folder"

How i can delete this, please help me

According to my research, that folder is undeletable, you can only empty it.

1. Under Folders, select Deleted Items.
2. At the top of the message list, select Recover items deleted from this folder.
3. Select Empty folder.
