Hello,

I'm looking for guidance on monitoring password compliance for user devices managed through Microsoft Intune using PowerShell. Specifically, I want to determine the percentage of endpoints that have passwords meeting the complexity requirements outlined in our organization's policy.

Is there a PowerShell script, command, or API available that can help me gather these details, or perhaps a step-by-step document to achieve this?

I appreciate any assistance or insights you can provide to help me assess and improve password compliance on our managed devices.

Thank you for your time and expertise.

Best regards,

Swahela Mulla

@Swahela Mulla, Thanks for posting in Q&A. For your request, if you want to monitor local user password compliance state, you can firstly set Password related compliance policy setting to apply to the device.

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/protect/compliance-policy-create-windows#password

Then monitor the compliance state. After researching, I find a link describe the method to get the data. You can refer to it.

    https://doitpsway.com/get-intune-compliance-data-using-powershell-leveraging-graph-api

Note: Non-Microsoft link, just for the reference.

Hope the above information can help.
