All Synchronization Status Failed
Strange that the source HKMCPA1PCM002 synced successfully in Update Servers but failed on SCCM console

can't find the file WSUSCTRL.log
The error in wsyncmgr.log:
Sync failed: Some Office updates not synced due to content download issue. Reason: The download of the specified resource has failed.

Now the WSUS server HKMCPA12PCM002 can sync from Microsoft Update. But other servers can not sync from this server

Please check if the "Feature Packs" is checked in SUP component properties, if it is checked, uncheck it may fix the issue.

Checked that "Feature Packs" is not checked.
Tried to re-install WSUS on one of the secondary site server but stuck on Post-deployment Confguration.
Try to remove WSUS completely and reinstall it.
