Is it possible to transfer "Microsoft Azure Sponsorship" subscription to other account?

Hello, I want to transfer my azure sponsorship as I have it on my private account. I would like to delete my private account after transferring the sponsorship

When I initiate the operation, I get this message:

Transfer is not supported for your subscription type. Please refer to transfer documentation (https://aka.ms/supported-subscription-types) for details

Is it not possible to transfer this subscription type?

IMHO, it is not possible to transfer a "Microsoft Azure Sponsorship" subscription to another account. The sponsorship subscription is a special type of subscription that is provided by Microsoft to eligible customers for a limited time period. The subscription is tied to the account that was used to sign up for the sponsorship offer and cannot be transferred to another account.

If you need to transfer ownership of an Azure subscription to another account, you can use the Azure portal to initiate a transfer request. However, this option is not available for sponsorship subscriptions.

However, you can associate your course credit with an existing Azure subscription. For more details, you can contact Azure subscription management support team by raising a support request.
