I'm trying to import a PST file into an Exchange online mailbox but it got stuck and won't finish. I can't even kill it with powershell, cause it's not listed when I run the command Get-MailboxImportRequest. The pst file is not broken, not password protected and is only 300 MB. I think the reason behind the issue is that my import csv file was wrong but now I can't even kill the stuck job. Can you help with this? I can import any other pst file to this mailbox and this pst file is also importable to any other tenant or mailbox. The issue is with the import csv file. I just need to kill the import job that's stuck. It finished analyzing and then I clicked import to O365 and since then it's stuck on 0% at importing.

    Hello @Azazel90
Please try to see if force removal helps.

This is what I found: Import PST Job stuck at 0%

<<I can't even kill it with powershell, cause it's not listed when I run the command Get-MailboxImportRequest.

Before this have you tried removal via powershell ? I saw it mentioned here that if not listed, maybe the job has been removed and the GUI is just slow to update.
