After submitting ticket TrackingID#2309050040013597 to get the new version of LTSC in volume licensing, the rep advised to submit here as it was outside of their scope. At least for my company volume licensing has been moved to M365 but unable to obtain new services.

For our new software to work properly, we need the new version of LTSC as we are currently using LTSC 2015. I have tested that it works with the evaluation version but unable to find a way to download/purchase the 21h2 version from Microsoft and submitting a ticket didn't work.

    Sigh! Not sure why they would redirect you here, they should have been able to help you at least to redirect you to the right resouces.

    Here is the Support page for VLSC ( Volume License Support Center) Including phone numbers. This should get you where you can get your issues addressed.
