@Vamsi Chavali, Thanks for posting in Q&A. Based on my researching, we can configure Windows Defender Application Control or AppLocker to control which application are allowed to run. Here is a link with more details

After we find the right AppLocker or WDAC policy to do this, then we can consider deploy it via Intune
