hello

im struggling connecting my user to the exchange on prem 2019 with outlook 2021 or 2016

i tries different reg key unable to make it work get different error message and some time it doesn't see my account

    Problem symptoms:

    A user can’t connect to the exchange on prem 2019 with outlook 2021 or 2016 and get different error message.

    Current status:

    The problem disappears automatically after multiple tries.

    Based on your description, I would like to confirm whether there is a problem with a single user or all users. And does this happen within the domain or outside the domain? As you mentioned, there are different error messages. What are the specific error messages? Did the problem occur suddenly recently or is this a newly built exchange environment?

    In any case, it is recommended that you first use test-email auto configuration in Outlook 2016 or 2021, you can pre-create an empty Outlook profile to launch the test email auto configuration tool. Please refer to  Use Outlook without an email account.

    hello after multiple tries

    it seems we are able to add it note that the default email of CEO is not the same domain as the AD account

    but now it work

    well it was more like a trial an error we tries multiple times it was not working but at some point we where about to give up and it start working
