none of us though can receive emails from outside senders. The error shown is " ... email wasn't found at ctfsecurity.com.qa or the mailbox is unavailable" or "no such user here".
According to my research, the reason for this problem is that the MX record setting of your domain name is incorrect, causing Office 365 to be unable to correctly identify your mailbox. You need to check the DNS settings for your domain name to make sure there is only an MX record pointing to Office 365.
Besides, contact your recipients and ask them to add your email address or domain name to their safe senders list or whitelist. This way your emails won’t be blocked or deleted by their spam filters.
