Issue creating a new active directory

Hi,

Just trying to create a new active directory in Azure. Steps taken :

Go into "Microsoft Entra ID"
Click "Manage Tenants"
Click "Create"
Select "Microsoft Entra ID" for tenant type
Fill in the required directory details
Click "create"
And now I get "Tenant Creation Failed" error

I am the global admin so should have all the necessary access and we have a paid subscription. I need to be able to create a new active directory any steps I can take to resolve this?

I have seen and read the below article but we do have a pay as you go subscription.

Thank you for contacting the community.

Can you please get a developer trace while trying to create a tenant and share the response you are getting.

In my example below its failing because im using a non-licensed tenant to create a tenant.

Please let me know if you have any issues.
