How do i resolve installation of SQL server on my PC with an exit code 2068119551?

In the file C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\nnn\Setup Bootstrap\Log there is one folder per install attempt. The files of most interest are Summary.txt and Details.txt. Feel free to upload them here. nnn is a number that depends on which version of SQL Server you are trying to install. The path should also be displayed in the installation window when it fails.
