How to fix iPad being managed through Intune promoting for a new account/not enough storage ?

I have several iPads 10th gen that are being managed through Intune and just went black. They will not allow to sign back in and gives not enough storage space message. There are minimal apps, no pictures or videos so storage shouldn't be a problem. Picture attached. thumbnail_IMG_3415.jpg

    @Brittany, Thanks for posting in Q&A. From the error message, it seems the storage space is not enough to add another account. If the device is still accessible, please firstly check on the device side to see if the available enough storage on the affected iPads and see which used the most storage space:
