Company Portal not installed after Win10 Device Enrollment to Intune using WIPE

Hello,

I have a question regarding Win10 device enrollment into Intune for a corporation, my question is COMPANY PORTAL-specific.

I performed a WIPE to enroll the device with Hash file upload but ESP showed Account Setup phase failing, the reason is that Apps couldn't install. I pressed the buttom "Continue Anyway" and remarked that the app not installed is COMPANY PORTAL (it is like an App Store for the Corporation).

Now, regardless Sync in Windows Settings page or from Intune Device blade online, I wonder to know if there is a way to manually force the setup of COMPANY PORTAL exclusively.

For example, from C:\Program Files, re-execute IME program (Intune Management Extension) or COMPANY PORTAL dependencies programs ? or even from another location in C: ... Because after some researches on internet, I understood that some dependencies of COMPANY PORTAL were not well installed by Intune Management Extension.

I found some materials that help trouble-shoot this situation but none of them provides the type of answer I'm looking for.

    @CloudRock,Thanks for posting in Q&A.

    From your description, I know that you want to manually force the setup of Company Portal exclusively.

    To clarify this issue, could you please help to provide some information for us?

    1.Waht type of company portal have you deployed?

    2.Collect ESP logs.

    3.Collect IME log file.

    The Company Portal was part of the Windows Store for Business which has been retired. You may still be trying to deploy from the old store. You would need to create a new application deployment with the New Intune integration that uses the winget and msstore repository.
