This environment is equipped with failover clustering and Hyper v functionality, which enables migration on hyper v virtual machines. Some machines are now shown as in progress, and the machines in progress cannot migrate the virtual machines above to online machines, as shown below

    Hey,

Server Manager shows status of your physical server. Open Failover Cluster Manager and connect to your cluster to see your VMs and hosts which are added to the cluster. You can also you Windows Admin Center for that.
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/manage/windows-admin-center/use/manage-failover-clusters

As for In-Progess status of the servers, it might an issue with Server Manager. Might be helpful:

Windows Admin Center should fix that.

In addition, you should have shared storage for your cluster. If you need one, you can take a look at StarWind VSAN to create replicated storage for Failover Cluster. https://www.starwindsoftware.com/starwind-virtual-san

After reinstalling the system, I replaced it with a new computer name and IP address. When I did not join the cluster, the display was normal. As long as I connected to the cluster, some nodes displayed exceptions on the server management, and node information was not being updated. When I closed the server management manager and reopened it, the display of these abnormal nodes would change to In progress status6a8ee61da65cbd7774df5113d3765e2
