Microsoft Outlook Group Create Disappearing Problem

Dear Microsoft Support,

We can't create the outlook mail group. We can create last week but now we are facing mail group problem. Pls see the following image and answer for me asap. Thank you fro your support.

Do you mean that the "New Group" option disappears and you cannot create groups?

If so, it may be disabled by your administrator:

It's suggested that you could contact your administrator and refer to below information: Manage who can create Microsoft 365 Groups.
