I have the problem of speech to text.

I can't drag and drop my audio file with red mark.

Tell me how I can be of assistance to you in the resolution of this problem.

Attached file is Japanese Version of speech studio.

If you have the English version of "speech studio", please tell us how to download and install it. I might have a problem with the Japanese version of "speech studio".

I would like to attach a jpg file to communicate with you, but I get the following error message. Why is this happening?

I have tried logging into the Microsoft Q&A forum again, reloading the page and then attaching the image, but I still get the same error message. I would like to send you my jpg file. Can you give me your email address? Because I can't attach my file to the Microsoft page.

@秀也渡邊 Thanks for your reply. I'm glad to see you were able to resolve your issue. Thanks for posting your solution so that others experiencing the same thing can easily reference this. Since the Microsoft Q&A community has a policy that the question author cannot accept their own answer, they can only accept answers by others, I'll repost your solution in case you'd like to Accept the answer.

Issue:
You are having trouble with speech-to-text functionality in the Japanese version of "speech studio". You are unable to drag and drop an audio file with a red mark. Additionally, you are requesting information on how to download and install the English version of "speech studio".

Resolution:
You were clicking in different places. There was no error message. You were able to solve this problem.

On a side note:
You were not able to attach the jpg pic in Q&A platform and you were getting error Unauthorized request.Please make sure you are using the correct credential.

I have shared this feedback with the Q&A platform team. For now, you can try logging off and re-login into the Microsoft Q&A forum and then try reload the page and then try attaching the image.
If this plan doesn't help, please let me know. I will share the other alternatives, for you to send me the jpg screenshot.

I first created a new thread as you suggested and posted my question.

I am happy to report that this has resolved my issue with not being able to attach files.

I first deleted all but the past browsing data in clear cache.

However, that did not work. So I deleted the past browsing data as well. Then I closed the Chrome browser, re-opened it and attached the file. I did that and succeeded in attaching the file. Then it succeeded. I thought I should share this result with you.

@秀也渡邊 Thanks for sharing the attachment. Though I can see the RED mark in the screenshot while you did the drag and drop of audio file. It doesn't provide more details for the cause of the issue.

Moreover this issue specific to the client side ( browser) and not related to Azure Speech service.

Next time if you encounter the same issue, please follow the below action plans:
1.Try to check from a different browser and check if that works fine.
2.Capture the HAR traces as explained here.
3. Check any JS errors in the console tab of the browser as explained here.

Once you have the above details, you can then reach out to the Microsoft Q&A forum or Microsoft support and we would be happy to help.
