Hello Everyone,

I'm planning to pursue a certification in Azure IoT services, and I would greatly appreciate any guidance or recommendations. Could anyone provide insights on which specific certification I should prepare for in order to achieve proficiency in Azure IoT services?

Thank you for your assistance!

Best regards.

    Hi Mosses ,

Prior to July 31st, 2023, Microsoft offered a Specialty certification for Azure IoT Developers known as AZ-220. However, after this date, the certification was deprecated and removed from Microsoft's certification list. As of the current date, there is no dedicated certification exclusively for IoT categories. Nevertheless, there are ample resources available for individuals interested in learning about Azure IoT services. Microsoft offers a variety of learning pathways related to Azure IoT Hub, Azure Event Hub, Azure IoT Edge, Azure Digital Twins, and more. You can explore these Microsoft Learn links to gain expertise in the Azure IoT ecosystem.

    Hi @Mosses Alparika ,

Microsoft Certification / Exams / Learning is currently not supported in the Q&A forums.

Maybe one of the links is helpful:

Microsoft Training & Certification is supported on their own forums:

It's possible to ask questions by clicking on "Get Started" -> "Ask a Question"

    Hello @Mosses Alparika,

Until last year, Microsoft offered this AZ220 Azure IoT Developer specialty certification exam.

This exam is not offered anymore.

Luckily, the training material on MS Learn is still there!

I curated this 'mix tape' of all AZ-220 IoT exam-related training paths and modules.

On top of this, I would like to add this collection regarding Azure Data Explorer, the perfect TimeSeries database for all your cold and warm IoT data.

If you still have some room for more IoT knowledge, check out this collection regarding real-time analytics done with Microsoft Fabric.
