Hi Mosses ,
Prior to July 31st, 2023, Microsoft offered a Specialty certification for Azure IoT Developers known as AZ-220. However, after this date, the certification was deprecated and removed from Microsoft's certification list. As of the current date, there is no dedicated certification exclusively for IoT categories. Nevertheless, there are ample resources available for individuals interested in learning about Azure IoT services. Microsoft offers a variety of learning pathways related to Azure IoT Hub, Azure Event Hub, Azure IoT Edge, Azure Digital Twins, and more. You can explore these Microsoft Learn links to gain expertise in the Azure IoT ecosystem.
