If you can successfully log in on the web, you can try the following possible suggestions:
- In windows Settings > Accounts > Access work or school, remove the account and add it again and then log in to check the result.
- Update your Office to the latest version. Open any office application, click File > Office Account > Update Options > Update Now.
- Delete the Microsoft credentials folder: Go to File Explorer > Click on This PC > Then open Users folder > After that click on your "Username" > Click on AppData folder > in the list of folder open Microsoft folder> search for IdentityCache and OneAuth folders and delete it. then Reboot your Computer.
