Virtual Machine-Cannot enable JIT access after upgrading MS Defender for Cloud subs

Appreciate if anyone can assist with the above,

I am doing the MS Cybersecurity Solutions and MS Defender Course through Coursera. I have been able to complete guided exercises until this one called Secure ports with JIT.
Followed the instructions to upgrade my VM to MS Defender for Cloud to enable Just In Time access but even after clicking the upgrade button and returning to configuration, I do not get the page where there is the option to click Enable JIT.

Why isn't JIT (Just In Time) access available for my VM?

You mentioned that you upgraded your VM to MS Defender for Cloud, however JIT access requires that Microsoft Defender for Servers Plan 2 be enabled on the subscription (rather than Plan 1).

Note that there are other requirements and prerequisites for JIT access on a VM, including deployment method, firewalls, cloud type, RBAC roles, and Microsoft Defender for Servers Plan 2.
