How to install ms sql server on Windows 11 arm?

Hi all,

I have a macbook so I installed Parallels and Windows 11 pro (arm). But I have a problem to install MS SQL Server on it. It seems to be imposible. Can you help me with this?

    Update. Both SQL Server 2012 SP4 Developer Edition and SQL Server 2014 SP3 Developer Edition also work well on arm. Both architectures are x86. I installed only SQL engine and full text search.

    Also I benchmarked "select null" using net framework. It results in 200-300 queries per second using shared memory protocol and a little bit slower using tcp/ip (Raspberry PI 4).

    Best option seems to be this. Yes, SQL Server 2014 works, but this one installs SQL Server 2022 or 2019. It was done for the Mac M1-4 machines, but it works just the same on ARM64 CoPilotPCs. A couple features don't work but if your goal is to just do development with the basics, it does the job pretty well.
