To remove the error, please click the error and see which app is failed. After we find the affected app, check the "Device install status" of the affected app to see on which device it is failed. then troubleshoot on the app deploy issue. After the app deploy issue is fixed, wait some time for the report to update and see if the error will disappear on the home page.
