Based on my researching, Intune reports allow you to monitor the health and activity of endpoints across your organization, but it does not provide a report specifically for local admin access or permissions on a device. However, you can use PowerShell to retrieve local admin information from devices.

    Get-LocalGroupMember -Group "Administrators"
