Is there a way to install a program on all devices registered with Intune?

I have a list of software that I needed to install on all devices registered with Intune, is there any way to install them via the command line or using winget?

    @Samuel Santos, Thanks for posting in Q&A. In Intune, there are many app types for different platforms we can deploy via Intune.

    If the app is a public app, you can try to deploy it via Microsoft store new app or store app. If you want to deploy Microsoft 365 app, there is a specific type to do this. If the app is a in house app, you can try to deploy it via LOB app. Or if the app has silently install commands, you can consider deploy it via win32 app. Here are some links for your reference:
