Error code 0xC004C060 while activating a legally owned copy of Office 2019

Whenever I try to activate my legally obtained version of Microsoft Office 2019 I receive this error message. The Product is associated with my own personal Email.

I have recently bought a new Laptop and wanted to install the copy of Microsoft Office 2019 that I already own on this laptop. I am well aware of the fact that I cannot use this copy on multiple devices so I have deleted Microsoft Office 2019 on my previous laptop

Why am I still receiving this error message ?
