I like to merge my exam result with this account

Hello, With this account ( jnmulder-cfit@outlook.com) I have an exam certification. Cloud fundamentals.

This year (6/27/2023) I passed the exam for AZ-140. However I don't see the results in my certifications.

The email address I used for the Az-140 exam is [jan@mailmulder.nl] but I cann't logon to the learning center with this email address.

I have the exam results printout from the trainingcenter as printout

Candidate ID MS0995342873

Is it possible to merge the AZ-140 exam result with my account jnmulder-cfit@outlook.com
