Bookings with me

I have recently created a Booking with me account.

By default, it is displaying my top collaborators in each of my appointment options.

I don't seem to be able to permanently remove these people?

Is there a way to cleanse the appointment set up so these people don't appear and get messaged inadvertently if I forget to untick the notification box when editing my appointment options?
