Outlook UI is showing as old UI and we cannot configure Files on Demand

We are installing the OneDrive Sync tool on an RDS server.  

When users connect the UI on the OneDrive Sync tool it looks like the old interface and not the new one.  

Because of this, we are unable to set the file caching settings as we want.

It's a Windows Server 2016, we did a full reinstall of OneDrive, added the required frameworks and this happens with multiple users.

    Did the OneDrive Sync tool is OneDrive app?

    How did you install OneDrive? Where did you get the OneDrive?

    What version of OneDrive did you use?I suggest you refer to this thread it seems Files on Demand is not supported on Windows 2016:
