Exam ban during online exam

Hi Team,

It is very sad to hear that I have violated the rule,I have written by SC 100 exam thby using Mobile hot spot. After reaching 44th question, my daily data limit got over , so again I have recharged data add on plan. Then only I could restart my exam, so mean time , my video was paused /not visible. This is what happened actually during the exam day. I have not cheated the exam.

The proctor thought I was cheating the exam . I actually tried my best to study for this exam and written with pass marks. I passed the exam before the proctor cancelled itm I could not even complete the exam.

Kindly do the needful to revoke this ban.

I'll attach the screen shots from my mobile network which shows 'my data got exhausted on that day, and also I am attaching here the recharge proof which I had to do on that day.

Kindly help me out to revoke this and allow me to write exam in future.
