    I understand Named locations in azure active directory button greyed out for you.

    The Countries/regions option under Named locations is only available for Azure AD Premium P1 and P2 licenses. If you have a different license, this option will be greyed out and you will not be able to configure it. If you want to use the Countries/regions option, you will need to upgrade your license to Azure AD Premium P1 or P2.

    If you have Azure AD Premium P1 or P2 license, you should have the necessary permissions such as global administrator access.
