Hi @高发昌(Gao Fachang 昆仑联通) ,
To narrow it down, does this problem only occur in Outlook or does it also occur in other office programs?
If the issue only occurs in Outlook, here are some suggestions that you can try to fix Outlook Printing Problems:
Renaming Outlprnt File: You can resolve this issue by rebuilding the OutlPrnt file that holds the Outlook print style settings, as the old file may be corrupted.
- Close the running Outlook application.
- Find the OutlPrnt file either using the search option or following the path“%appdata%\Microsoft\Outlook”
- Double click on it and rename it with some other name like OutlPrnt1.
- Restart the Outlook application again and see if it is printing normally.
Run the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant (SaRA) Advanced Diagnostics, go About the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant - Microsoft Support.
Create a new Outlook profile Create an Outlook profile - Microsoft Support.
Open your Outlook in safe mode and check if it related to some addins: Type outlook /safe and click OK.
If Outlook is able to start in safe mode, then the problem is likely with one of your add-ins. You can follow this article to find the the add-in causing the error.
