Viva Insights, specifically Schedule Send Suggestions keeps uninstalling on my Outlook Desktop App.
What do you mean about "keeps uninstalling"? Does it always disappear?

Additionally different MSFT subscriptions I have keep changing causing Desktop files to be saved under other MSFT Subscription OneDrive apps and occasionally Outlook .pst file paths are changed.
Do you mean that you try to backup files from any of your account in Outlook OneDrive?
