I received the emails from Microsoft congratulating me on passing my exam and added a link to Microsoft Learn to view my Certificate but upon clicking that link, the Certificate is not there. Please asist.

Could you share a screenshot of the link you are referring to? However, check out this article for instructions to view (& share) your certificate on Ms Learn.
So under in Microsoft Learn then Profile --> Credentials -> Certifications tab
I can not see my certificate but the email from MS sends to that path above.
The below is from the email and I clicked on that Microsft Learn Profile
