WEB BASE!!!! office 365 in Spanish when I change it to English it goes back to Spanish.

Please read all this!!!! before you tell me how to change it to English .

AS I Said WEB BASE OFFICE NOTHING INSTALLED LOCAL ON PC. As you see I have WEB BASE OFFICE that's in Spanish,

I have the option to change it to English but when I do It flashes in English for 1 sec and then goes right back to Spanish, I have tried to work with my IT guy with our Corporate Licensing that's in Mexico hint hint I am in USA. he says there is nothing wrong. Can you all help me please. could there be a Licensing problem.!! Or something else.??? I am missing .
