Automatic synchronization OneNote

We have the following problem: We have organization account with a total of three employee accounts on onmicrosoft. Our OneNote notebook does not synchronize automatically, although it is set to automatic synchronization. You have to do it every time in the app via File->Sync Status->Sync Now. How can I set it to fully automatic? Thank you very much!

    Hi,

    Can you sign in OneDrive in your PC and network?

    If you click the Sync now did all Notebooks will be synced successfully?

    I suggest you try to access your notebooks from another device or from the web browser version of OneNote.

    Then try to change an administrator profile to login Windows and check if the OneNote will sync automatically.
