to delete/cancel a Azure Entra Id P2 trial it is required to use a work account of your Azure Entra ID tenant. You can't do this with a personal account.
If you don't have a work account with Global Administrator
role membership in your Azure Entra ID tenant you need to create one. Just create a new user in your Azure Entra ID tenant and add the Global Administrator
role to this user.
Login with the this new user and you should be able to delete/cancel your Azure Entra Id P2 trial.
