Why is the "CSS Properties" option missing from the "View" menu in Visual Studio Community 2022?

I am using Microsoft Visual Studio Community 2022 Version 17.7.6 on Windows 10 Pro 22H2. According to the documentation in https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/previous-versions/aspnet/bb398902(v=vs.110), to open the CSS Properties window, I need to choose "CSS Properties" from the "View" menu. However, I cannot find this option in my "View" menu. What could be the issue?

Please check following points:

1. Make sure that you are using a .NET Framework project(not .NET/.NET Core/ASP .NET Core project).
2. Make sure that you have clicked and opened a web form(a .aspx file)(@Viorel has mentioned above).
3. Check if the CSS Properties option hides in "Other Windows" list(View => Other Windows => CSS Properties).
4. Try to directly search for "CSS Properties" in the VS Search box.
