Onedrive on Mac not working as it should

Hi all,

We have a MAC user who have a lot of issues with onedrive. He is running macbook pro and have the latest onedrive version installed. Problem that he has is that files on demand not working as it should (we don't see free up space when we start onedrive) and he sometimes does not see icons (representing files locally vs. cloud). If we restart computer, he see it but if we close the onedrive and start it again those icons disappear.

Anyone else had the same issue?

    Did the user try to re-set OneDrive for Mac?
