Intune: Add startup pages to user-selected pages?

I want to allow users to select their own startup pages in MS Edge and set up a policy via Intune to add a startup page (myapps.microsoft.com) to those user-selected startup pages. So far, the only info I've found will allow me to define the startup pages via policy or force just the policy defined startup page with no other tabs/pages. It would be a great help if this can be done in Google Chrome as well. Thanks!

    @Micah Backwater, Thanks for posting in Q&A. To set startup page in Google chrome, you can configure "URLs to open on startup (Device)" or "URLs to open on startup (User)" in Setting Catalog profile:
