Hello @Ben Nzuzi ,
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.
Please close VS, search "Edit the system environment variables" in Windows Search box, open it, click Environment Variables button, in System variables list, select Path, click Edit.
Find C:\Program Files\dotnet\
, and if you can also find C:\Program Files (x86)\dotnet
, then please try to move up C:\Program Files\dotnet\
and let it list higher than C:\Program Files (x86)\dotnet
, so that the C:\Program Files\dotnet\
can be firstly detected. After that click OK, close the windows. Reboot your machine and launch VS, check again.
Sincerely,
Tianyu
