Server 2016 Standard need to install OneDrive client on machine.

Question

Ladies & Gentleman,

I need to install OneDrive (personal) on a server running Windows Server 2016 Standard. I need the option to download files, before they are needed. This server is a personal workstation. I know that the machine is overkill!! I tried to install it and could not get the file icons to display the green check mark. Would like to use OneDrive to sync files between this server and my Windows 10 x64 laptop. Need to get machine up and running as soon as possible. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you download and install OneDrive successfully?

Did you mean you cannot sync files and folders in Windows server 2016 for OneDrive?
