Admin Portal Consent - Application stuck in "waiting admin approval"

I have a user requesting Admin Consent for an Enterprise Application - I have reviewed the access and granted consent but the request seems to be stuck in Admin consent requests > My Pending

I have attempted to wait and click accept again but it has been several days.

Anything I can do to set a flag on this manually or via Graph/Powershell

    Thank you for reaching out.

    I understand that you are having trouble with an enterprise application that is stuck in "waiting admin approval" status.

    In order to approve an application as an admin, you must have the global administrator role. Reviewers can view, block, or deny admin consent requests, but only global administrators can approve admin consent requests.
