microsoft sustainability manager: error message when uploading data

Hello :)

I am currently doing the learning path in the Sustainability Manager and have already posted a request in the Microsoft forum. They referred me to this page. When uploading the data, I get the following error message: The specified key attributes 'msdyn_name' are not defined as keys for entity 'msdyn_sustainabilityorganizationalunit', which has entity keys 'msdyn_naturalkey (Not Active): msdyn_name | msdyn_alternatekey (Not Active): msdyn_origincorrelationid'. Another person postet this error massage as well in the microsoft forum. Can you please help me further. I believe I have entered all the reference data correctly and have repeated the process several times but always get the same error message.
