Shared personal calendars not displaying in Microsoft Outlook

We are using Microsoft Outlook version 16.0.16827.20278 with Microsoft 365, but shared personal calendars are not displaying correctly. Other users' calendars show up as blank with a spinning wheel. I have tried various solutions like deleting and re-adding calendars, disabling the Outlook cache, and enabling/disabling the "Improved shared calendars experience" feature, but none of them have worked. However, using OWA shows the shared personal calendars correctly. Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

    Does this issue occur recently? If so, have you done any specific operations before that?

    I notice that the issue occurs in Outlook desktop client, considering the impact of some add ins, it is suggested that you try to start outlook in safe mode(win+R>type: outlook /safe) to check whether it works normally.

    If the issue persists, in order to further confirm the issue, it's suggested that you could try to roll back office to the previous version to check if the issue persists.

    In addition, according to the information you provided, do you have the relevant logs with the help of some analysis tools?
