Can’t find my certification

Cant find my certification

I can’t find my certification

I am unable to access my certification. 

last year I passed 3 exams and got mcpd certificate. Now I try to access through the dashboard , I have downloaded the certification and I see only a blank page.

certification ids: 994376909

I need the certificate urgently.  Looking forward to reply soon.  Thank you in advance for your assistance
