Hello
When did the issue occur the first time? Have we made any modifications to the machine before (install any software or plug any devices)?
- Windows 7 has end of supoort since Jan 14, 2020.

- If this is a new machine installed with Windows 7, we may consider the compatibility issue.
Here is a link for reference of the suppported processor type of Windows 7.
You can get additional compatibility information from the device manufacturer website.
If the PC is not compatible with Windows 7, it is recommened to install the compatible windows version based on the machine manufacturer website.
- If this is an older machine and presintalled with Windows 7, usually we could analyze the dump for a Bluescreen issue.
The following link may be useful:

In addition, you could share your dump here if it is possible. The dump is usually located in C:\Windows\minidump folder or C:\Windows\memory.dmp.
- If it can not boot into the machine normally, we could try to boot into safe mode. To boot into safe mode, just press F8 then follow the instructions.
Then check the installed program from the program control panel. We may try to uninstall the latest program especially the antivirus software installed recently.
Best Regards,
