Hello, everyone,

I wanted to ask a question about a development I am doing with the MIP SDK in C# to label emails.

I already label many msg and eml but in some of them I don't know why, a "Bad conversion" error appears, at first I thought it was because of the attachments, but there are other emails with attachments.

I get the error when doing CommitAsync and I don't know what else I can configure or see about the files I'm labeling to know the origin of the error.

Can anybody help me?

Thank you so much

The "Bad conversion" error in MIP SDK when labeling emails may occur due to issues with the email's format or attachments. One possible solution is to check the email's format and attachments to ensure they are compatible with MIP SDK. Additionally, you can try using the MIP SDK diagnostic tool to troubleshoot the issue further.
