Microsoft Sore App is not updated in company portal

Hi,

I use the endpoint management from Microsoft. I have added an app for deployment for windows clients from microsoft store

The version in Microsoft Store seems to be a minimum of 29.1

But in Microsoft endpoint it shows App Version 27.2.4 in Device Install Status.

The application itselfs on the computer has Version 29.0.ß

I have installed this app over the company portal but now I do not get any updates?

What is wrong?

    @David Zinzius, Thanks for posting in Q&A. From your description, I know the store app has been installed the later updated app. Bu the version not changed in the device details of the app in Intune portal. Based as I know, the app version displayed in the device install status may not be updated in real-time. You can wait one more day to see if the version will be updated.

    However, if the version still not update, please open case to look into this issue:
