We are planning to deploy Driver Updates from Intune for the first time. Created policy on 2 scenarios.

  1. Transfer the work load to Pilot Intune in SCCM for device collection and created Driver Update policy.
  2. Created Driver Update policy for group without moving the work load. Both are manual approve method only.

It has been week since we created policy, But still i could see the scanning of drivers are not showing in Intune for review. As per Microsoft article it should have been reported within 24hrs. Please advise.

@Sunil Du Kumar, Thanks for posting in Q&A. According to the Microsoft article, it can take up to 24 hours for all healthy devices to check in after the policy is submitted and devices are enrolled for management. After this, Intune needs to process the results of the scan to provide the inventory of available driver updates. If it has been more than 24 hours and the scanning of drivers is still not showing in Intune for review, please check the device enrollment status and ensure the workload of windows update is on Intune.

Hope the above information can help.
