According to the Microsoft article, it can take up to 24 hours for all healthy devices to check in after the policy is submitted and devices are enrolled for management. After this, Intune needs to process the results of the scan to provide the inventory of available driver updates. If it has been more than 24 hours and the scanning of drivers is still not showing in Intune for review, please check the device enrollment status and ensure the workload of windows update is on Intune.
